Refund Policy

Purpose

In the course of providing services to you we accept payment for the products and services offered. There are times when you may not be able to avail the services or products despite the payment having been made to you. The following guidelines would help you understand our refund policy.

Annual Dnyaanyatra Membership – 
  1. What are the Payments for Memberships –: Annual Dnyaanyatra Membership seeks one time payment on yearly basis for access to content designated as members only which is hosted on our website. The payments are taken as one time basis giving a discount of two month membership subscription. The membership subscription is dynamic and would be decided on the services provided in the membership plan for the year.
  2. What are the Plans for membership – The membership can be taken on Quarterly basis or yearly basis. Yearly onetime payment facilitates availing discount.
  3. Can a member upgrade or downgrade the plan – The quarterly payment plan can be upgraded to Annual Plan withing three months of starting the membership for that year.ie 12-month cycle. After three months upgradation to annual package would involve full payment for annual plan. The annual package cannot be downgraded to monthly plan.
  4. What if member wants to cancel the plan – There is no provision to cancel the annual plan and no refund would be provided
  5. Is there a trial period available – There is no provision of trial period.
  6. What if I decide to cancel the annual membership midway ? Will I get the refund – Annual membership cannot be cancelled midway and no refund would be provided.
  7. Can my membership be transferred to other person – Membership is not transferable and no refund would be given
Certification Courses and Modules – 

Is there a refund policy for the modules in case I am not able to attend the module – In case a participant is not able to attend the course or module after having made the complete payment, he would be eligible for complete refund if he informs at least 15 days before the commencement of the course or module. No refund would be provided after that. However if the participant is availing annual membership of Dnyaanyatra he would be provided complete refund till the date of start of the course or module.

Trips 

The refund of the trip cost would be governed by following conditions -:

  1. When only booking amount is paid – Rs 2000/- as admin charges would be deducted in case of cancellation up to one month of the commencement of the trip. This would be in addition to any deduction charged by the hotels, airlines, train or by any other service provider. 
  2. Cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the trip once full amount has been paid– 50% of the tour cost would be deducted in case of cancellation up to 15 days of the commencement of the trip. This would be in addition to any deduction charged by the hotels, airlines, train or by any other service provider.
  3. Cancellation within 15 days of the start of the trip or once the trip has commenced – No refund would be given in such cases.
